J Crew 100% Silk Ruffled Mini Skirt sz 00 fits 0-2

Very beautiful skirt in trendy military green. 100% Silk - an amazing quality item. Skirt is tiered with grosgrain belt. Size 00 but runs slightly big and will fit sizes 0-2. Waist measures 14 inches side to side laying flat. Gently worn and has no flaws except for a couple of very slight scuffs or discolorations on the belt, I am not sure what it is exactly, but it is unnoticeable and may come out with cleaning.
