There is an elegant, pearlescent sheen to the buttons. From the cable knit stitches to the interior ribbon lining the button placket, this sweater is incredibly well-crafted. You can tell from the wear on the brand tag that this is *vintage* J. Crew, but there are no such signs of wear on the wool. With care, it will last many more years. They don’t make ‘em like this anymore! The fawn, taupe color is gorgeous in person and might especially suit a person of “summer” season coloring or cool undertones.
