J. Crew 100% silk strapless dress

Fun party dress perfect for dancing! This is from a previous J. Crew bridesmaids collection, and I wore it three times. Has a built-in bra and crinoline under the skirt. Full disclosure: you may need someone to help you get into this dress due to the row of buttons in back. Dress is 35 inches from top to bottom, and the waist is 14.5 from side seam to side seam, so 29 inches. All measurements taken with dress lying flat.
