J. Crew 250 skinny-fit (Read for size/measurments)

Tagged Size is 31/30. I measured the waist and it is 15 inches across so they are more of a 30. There isnt much strech (a little). I can typically squeeze into a 31 waist but i can't fit in these. Inseam measures at 29 inches, and leg/ankle opening is 6 inches. Worn a handful of times and in good condition.
