this is a fun skirt for the spring summer well made side zipper with ribbon tie,hem has ribbon finish touch care instructions are missing but I imagine dry clean only would be safe, length from waist to bottom is 27 in. flat across measurement on wist is 15 inches skirt has a slight flare cut design
