J Crew Beach Tiered Cover Up Dress

I cannot find this item on the J Crew website anymore but I bought it 2 years ago but ended up never wearing it out once since it was too big on me. Still has tag. Perfect condition. Size small but runs very big. For reference, I am a size 6 and should have got an extra small. 100% cotton and very light and breezy. The waist measures 18 in across at the seam and from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem it is 40 in.
