espbear @waxbeard I would describe the condition as good. I had it dry cleaned at an environmentally friendly drycleaner before listing it. You can best see the condition of the fabric in photos #3 and #4. There's some slight pilling in a few spots and maybe stray hairs the drycleaner didn't get, but when it sells I'll roller tape it really well or take a clothes brush to it, and do my best to make sure it looks good before mailing it out.
