Sized like their jeans; by waist size. The 26 fits like a 4 or a small 6 and has a lot of stretch. EUC. Worn once for a family portrait but was too big for me. Ended up buying this in a smaller size because it's so cute and comfortable! I wear it absolutely everywhere. Summer with sandals and a white tank. Winter with black tights and turtleneck. From J. Crew: A simple button-up denim skirt we love, in premium stretch fabric from Italy (meaning you can wear it all day and still be comfortable). Color: Astor Wash Cotton/elastane. Machine wash. jaskewed @foxy7jesse Yes! It's appox 18.25" across the widest point. There is a decent amount of give in the denim without pulling the buttons. I'll upload a picture in a moment.

tastefulstyle Could you provide the length from waist to hem and the waist measurement? I’m normally a 4 but want to make sure this would fit!

jaskewed @tastefulstyle Of course! I just added pix. Waist is approx 14.25". Length is approx 20". It's very stretchy, even in the waistband so keep that in mind.
