V neck front and back. Sleeveless with hook to hold bra straps. Peach/salmon color on top. Ribbon around the waist. Metallic silver fabric for the bell shaped skirt. Too is 100% cotton. Skirt 70% polyester 30% metallic with 100% silk lining. Never worn.
