floridagirl25 I am thinking center most point if possible. I don't know of any stretch or could accommodate a larger D cup.. thanks for checking. 😊

nacarr @floridagirl25 The measurement of the centermost part of the busy while laying flat was ~18.5” but when I go all the way around with a tape measure it’s about ~38.5-39”. The material itself is not that stretchy as it is lined and embroidered 100% cotton. It’s hard for me to tell as I am a small A cup and this was my cousin’s dress!!!
