candace1333 @mjkearns the chest or armpit to armpit measurement is 18”, natural waist (where the seam lies) is 14.5” to 15” if you stretch it. It does have a little bit of stretch to it, but the tag says 100% cotton. It appears to have never been worn as I found a sticker tag still affixed to the inside size tag. I have never gotten the opportunity to wear it myself and it appears to have not been worn at all. It really is a gorgeous dress.

candace1333 @nutter1uk There are 4 slight pleats at the bodice seam going up and 2 going down - it gives it an effect of shantung silk almost. The dress is lined.
