An update from your schoolgirl days. This is a gathered miniskirt in a black, green, and pink plaid print. It has traces of white, blue, and yellow as well. Has an elastic waistband. Is fully lined. This says size 0 but can fit several sizes larger. I usually wear a 6 (sometimes 8) and it fit me just fine. Approx measurements (laid flat) Width: 14" Length: 19.25"
