Brand new, never worn. No tags. Gorgeous black with purple and white flowers. Zipper and hook are all intact and working. Skirt is on the line of pencil and mini Laid flat, the very top of skirt is 14 inches. Laid flat, the very bottom of the skirt is 22 inches. Laid flat, the length from top to bottom is approx 18.5 inches.
