This puff sleeve top is so pretty! NWT- I accidentally bought the wrong size and missed the return window. (So my fail is your win!) Bodice is lined, attached by stitching (see photo). Puff sleeves are slightly sheer with light elastic above bottom ruffle. Navy and white floral pattern. Lay flat measurements Pit to pit 22” Shoulder to hem 23.5” Sleeve at elastic, unstretched 6.5”
