J Crew Grey Silk & Cotton Blouse

Another of my favorite work day pieces, this shirt sleeve silk & cotton blend blouse is button up with a ruffle front, slight ruffle collar and neck tie detail. Like all J Crew pieces, it is so soft and launders well. I styled it with a black pencil skirt and a gray croc print belt; would look equally cute with slacks or jeans and your favorite blazer! Despite being double layered silk, this blouse is slightly sheer so I always wore a black camisole with it to keep the girls covered! Fits 12-16.
