J. Crew High-Low Navy White Striped Maxi Dress

Tried it on once and it’s a too tight across my (“athletic”) shoulders, not a lot of stretch. Got an XXS for length. Still need heels IMO (I am 5’4”) though it won’t drag on the ground.
