This top is new with tags and has only been tried on. All the embellishments appear to be intact, and the shirt comes with a little bag of extra sequins and beads just in case. It's beautiful in person, but at about 19" from shoulder to hem, too short for my preference. 😫 It would look great as part of a holiday or New Year's Eve outfit, or even as an everyday piece to add some sparkle and shine to jeans and a blazer. 100% cotton.
