Functional front buttons, grosgrain lining at waistband, has pockets, fully lined in 100% cotton. Has belt loops, and a generous hem (if you wanted to lengthen it). Approximate flat measurements: waist just under 16" length 30" Excellent gently used condition with no stains, damage, or fading.
