Beautiful, airy, and lightweight maroon color, long sleeve blouse from J Crew with pleated detail and tie in front. Colors in photo show this more as a purple but is very much a burgundy or maroon. You can wear this open or tied, shown both ways in photos. Cuffs have elastic at wrist with a button. Fabric care tag is gone. But this is cotton, perhaps a linen blend, and a size medium.
