J. Crew Mercantile SP small *petite* floral long sleeve dress. Chiffon fabric with navy spaghetti strap dress liner underneath (see last photo). Button down. Leave strings loose or tie in a bow. I am 5’7” and this is still about knee length on me, so I have it listed as small.
