J Crew NWT S popover blouse in rainbow dot chiffon / women’s small long sleeve

NWT, never worn, sold in original plastic bag. Bought this and never wore it and ran out of time to return, but kept the plum color of the same item and love it, can dress up or down. I would say it is a loose, float fit. Machine washable
