Lovely metallic blouse, slightly shaped boxy fit with some bust darting. Grosgrain ribbon tie at the back of the neck, gathered elastic short sleeves giving a slightly puffed effect. Nicely lined so not itchy. See photos for measurements. Has a nice vintage look and is great with pants or a skirt.
