J. Crew Short Skirt in marked Size Large... Dark Navy Blue(in some lights it looks black but it isn't it's a very dark navy) background hosts a White Anchor Pattern. Elastic waistband. Cotton lining. A-Line. Measures approx. 15 1/2" across the unstretched waistband...19" across the hips-measured 6" down from the waistband--this is a true approx.-it depends on where your hips fall it--but it will close....15 1/2" long from top of the waistband.
