What is shoulder to shoulder? And is there any stretch?

It doesn’t have a shoulder seam so it’s hard to say exactly but I would estimate about 17” to where a typical shoulder seam would be. I measure across the back of my shoulders 15.5” (from the tip of the shoulder bone) and it fits me nicely

@db2201 yes this is accurate - the sleeve is cropped more so than the body. Comes to mid-forearm on me (5’6”) But for a pea coat the body is also a touch shorter than others in that category.
