J Crew Navy & white striped top

Classic stripes with a fun bias-cut ruffle for some movement at the bottom edge. Care label is missing but I believe it's 100% cotton. I have washed it with Woolite on the delicate cycle with cold water and it shows no signs of wear. 18" armpit to armpit and 22" long.
