Oh no, they canceled work from home… Save the sweats and leggings for the weekend and find some new work outfits! Here’s a Classy, and believe it or not, super comfortable (5% spandex)! J. Crew No. 2 Pencil Skirt in wine / burgundy color - 2 back pockets and small back slit. Size “8” 21 1/2” length; slit in back is about 8”… so it’s still modest enough so no one will be flashed if you have to bend over and pick something up 😂 but it’s still sexy! Just… classy sexy… measured 33 1/2 inch waist (sits slightly lower at waist); 39” hips - And a little stretch, so it’s actually full enough in the hips to give you room to walk, or sit at a desk all day (sigh. Is it Friday yet)? But I’ll be damned if we are not going to at least look prof doing our work and feel like a boss beeetttccchhh. This skirt is classic and classy but it is in a color that is practically a neutral. I paired it here with a different textured blazer (velvet) one hue brighter and a beige blouse with flowers and polka dots. (I used to wear it with denim blouse and silver glitter ballet flats. Or a magenta silk blouse with pastel pink cashmere sweater…) If you buy the skirt- if I’d love to see your take on this classic work wardrobe staple! Seriously though gals anything goes with this from silk and cashmere with pearl clutching or denim and flats weekending.
