Here are the measurements you requested: Shoulder seam to front hem (length) - 22 1/2", sleeve length - 22 3/4", armpit to armpit measurement - 21 1/2", center back length from top of band collar - 23 3/4". Also, just an F.Y.I., according to the J. Crew size chart for petite tops/blouses, a medium petite is bust 35 1/2 to 36 1/2" and natural waist 28 - 29". I hope this helps.
