His flutter wrap top is adorable! Cotton poplin material so it’s easy to wash & wear- a little wrinkled but can easily come out with a good steam or iron & I can steam prior to shipping to assist with some of the wrinkles! Worn ONCE. Excellent condition- zip side closure, tie waist.
