Very good condition—there is minimal pulling by one of the pockets (see pictures) and a tiny yellow mark that is barely noticeable (see pictures). You might be able to wash out the yellow mark. Waist is about 13.5 inches, but it’s very stretchy. Length is about 17.5 inches. Cute preppy style in festive colors that is perfect for holiday parties!
