This blouse comes in a neon yellow lime color and features a halter neckline, keyhole cutout at front and back, sleeveless style, chiffon fabric, regular length, pleated design at front, full lining inside, and a relaxed fit. Made from 100% polyester which has a little stretch to it. This top is perfect for the office layered under a black blazer and slacks. Looks great worn on its own with jeans. EUC!
