Reposhing this item I purchased from @stellacocoa. Loved it, but size didn’t work for me. I never wore it because it’s a little tight across the chest for me. Please note: I am posted at the US Embassy in Mexico City, so I can use USPS but it’s brought across the border to Brownsville, Texas on twice weekly mail runs, so it can take an extra week to hit the USPS tracking system.
