J. Crew Polka Dot Pencil Skirt

This super cute J. Crew Polka Dot No. 2 Pencil Skirt is in great shape! I wore this skirt several times, however, there are no real signs of wear. As the picture indicates, the only flaw of the skirt is that the liner has split on one side. Please note that the liner is still totally functional. The color of the skirt is navy with white polka dots. The measurements of the skirt are as follows: Waist: 16.25 inches; Length (from top of waist to bottom skirt hem): 23.25 inches.
