J. Crew Silk Navy Blouse with Ruffled Collar

I wish this still fit! It’s 100% silk and gorgeous tucked into a skirt or trousers. The collar is the standout. I did notice a slight discoloration under the armpits (and it is in need of a good steaming) See paired with J. Crew pencil skirt (also available in my Poshmark Closet!)
