J Crew Striped Silk Blouse

Vintage but only worn once. Looks brand new except for two strange spots that appear to be bleeding of stripes. One small one on back and one under left arm both noted in photos and both are not noticeable. The shirt is silk but I took tag off. It is navy and white with 3 button cuffs. Unique and super classic.
