J. Crew The Pencil Skirt in Navy

This skirt is a favorite of mine. Have it in 3 other colors which will also be listen in my shop. No stains. The white thing at the top of the skirt in the picture is fuzz. Made with 100% Cotton. Has pockets and is a beautiful navy. Great for the spring and summer.
