J Crew Tie-waist shirtdress Size 2

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jerseygirl783. Gorgeous, but I decided I need a bigger size. Previous owner removed tag, but reattached with a safety pin. (See photo) Note: this does NOT include the belt. Otherwise, the dress itself is NWT, never worn 12.5” at waist seam 16.5” at armpit
