is the pit to pit really only 20" that seems small for a schoolboy? I know it's only $28...but could I get a real for sure tape measure? I hate to waste even shipping $ if it is shrunk from dry cleaning? Pretty Please?

@londonjane Measurements are approximate. Yes that is the measurement I took. No it did not shrink in dry cleaning. The item is like new and very beautiful. Thanks!
