J. Crew Velvet Long Black Skirt

This skirt was bought in Japan in the late 90s and has only been worn a handful of times since then. The size 4 looks more like a US size 2 or 0. Length is 33” and I added a picture with waist measurement at 13”. Zipper on the back. Nice black velvet feel and shape! Let me know if you have any questions.
