J. Crew Velvet Peplum V-Neck Top

A velvet panel adds a fun touch to this party-ready, not to mention super-flattering peplum top. It slips on over head, has a v-neck and is sleeveless. Made of 67% viscose, 28% nylon and 5% elastane.
