This is NWT. I accidentally ordered two! If you order, you will receive the NWT one, still in the plastic packaging. This is one of my favorite shirts! It looks adorable with jeans or a red skirt. There are ruffle details on the cuffs and neckline. The pattern comes together perfectly along the seam in the center of the back (see photo). pit to pit: about 18.5 inches length: about 22 inches
