What is the fabric and what are the care instructions?

@jonh0287 the fabric is 100% cotton, but doesn’t say specifically for the shoulders. Care instructions are “Machine wash cold gentle cycle, with like colors. Non chlorine bleach only. Lay flat to dry. Warm iron as needed.” Hope this helps!
