This is an attention grabber, either on its own or layered under a colorful blazer, jacket, or cardigan. NWT, size XS, 3/4 length sleeve, black cotton tee with matte black sequins. Side vent slits at hem and wide scoop neckline. Approximate measurements are as follows: 17.5" pit to pit, 24.5" shoulder to hem.
