A-line dress in a beautiful shade of blue. Is a wool silk mix with detailed stitching and pockets! Is not a petite but he shoulder straps were altered to fit like a size 2 petite. Worn several times but still in great condition. Note there is a small snag in front of dress seen in pictures! From a smoke free home.
Shoulder to waist 14”
Shoulder to bottom is around 32”
Waist laying flat is 13”

So the arm holes were altered to be smaller? How tall are you for reference?
