J. Crew high rise cotton twill shorts

J. Crew high rise cotton twill shorts in a unique navy/off-white design. The waist has some stretch and button/tab closure, but unfortunately a little too snug for me. Look great on! See pictures for measurements. Only worn a couple of times, like new condition.
