J. Crew high waisted skirt

Incredibly flattering and cute J. Crew skirt. The pattern is a dark navy + white. When worn with a black top I have found that the pattern appears to be black + white. In the winter it is super cute with tights and riding boots and the spring/ summer super cute with a tank top!
