J. Crew hot pink skirt with white stitching, size 0

Hot pink J. Crew skirt with contrasting white stitching. I must have cut out the inside tag a while ago, so I am unsure of the exact materials/care, but it feels like cotton (almost like linen or maybe a very soft denim?). Hits mid-knee on me. Waist: 13" I am unsure of how much J. Crew originally sold this for, but similar skirts are over $100 on their website.
