J. Crew ladies dress long sleeved light blue

Reposhing this item I purchased from @stackdds. Loved it, but it didn’t quite fit the way I wanted. I never wore it and the original seller said she never did. However, one of the little string loops that hold the tie has broken. (Of course you can still tie the tie, but I wanted to be upfront about it. ) Questions? Leave a comment below!
