Has this been machine dried?

@danellejv when I purchased this from another Posher I found it was smaller than other schoolboy blazers I owned in the same size. I did not put this blazer through the dryer; I always dry clean my blazers but I do believe the previous owner shrunk the blazer. For reference, I am 112 pounds and a 32ddd, and this blazer is snug on my arms.
