J. Crew men’s unlined unstructured sport coat / sportcoat / blazer, jacket is 100% cotton, with 100% cotton chest lining and 100% acetate sleeve lining (better than polyester or polyester blends). Fits like a 40R or 42R Chest is 20 3/4” across 18 1/2” shoulder seam to shoulder seam laid flat 19” waist laid flat at the top button 34” from back of neck to end of sleeve, I wear a 34” shirt sleeve though and it sticks out the perfect amount
