New, I’ve tried on a few times, too big. Small stain as shown in picture, have not tried to wash them off. Dog friendly, non-smoke home. Color is a creamy off-white. Size 6 100% silk (my fav fabric in warm weather). High/low design. Beautifully drapey and flowy. Does show through the shirt and you’ll need to wear an undershirt. If it were a size down I’d def keep it.
